Teaching
I teach programming, algorithms and bioinformatics at the UFR d’Ingéniérie of the Faculty of Science and Engineering of Sorbonne Université (~200 hours per year). I also give some courses at the UFR Sciences de la vie .
Teaching responsibilities
- Director of the first year of the Master BIM (Bioinformatics and Modelling)
- Co-director of the double licence Sciences de la Vie - Informatique at Sorbonne Université, which is a joint biology–computer science undergraduate track. I created in 2019.
Past teaching responsibilities
- Course leader, LU1IN002 — Elements of Programming 2 (first year), since 2021-2025, 700 students.
- Co-leader, LU3SV687 — Modelling, Algorithms and Programming for Biology (third year), 30 students.
- Co-head of the bio_maths_stats_info division, Faculty of Life Sciences, 2024-2025.
Current Courses
